1. Brand Campaign, FMCG & Lifestyle (Indonesia)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential sellers and partnership schemes to support the end goal of campaign through TikTok’s creators.
  • Initiate partnerships and liaise with sellers and MCN/agency on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with brands that benefit the company, brands, MCN/agency and creators.
  • Collaborate with existing and new sellers to identify campaigns for support and work with them to achieve project/campaign goals.
  • Build and develop campaign and strategic relationships with brands through TikTok’s creators.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that brand deals goals are synchronized with internal team goals.
  • Encourage and supervise any collaborations between sellers, MCN/agency and creators.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 3-5 years experience working with content creators and partnerships
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience to establish contact, build up trust with creators, sellers, and MCN/agency, and provide complete support on platform training, creator engagement activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working Working in e-commerce or media agency

2. Accountant / Senior Accountant (Global Payments Finance)


  • Familiar with the full set of monthly closing processes such as GL and AR, responsible for monthly closing and connection with external auditors.
  • Familiar with seller finance, BNPL and other credit businesses, and deeply understand the accounting processing related to credit businesses.
  • Familiar with the design of the group legal structure and the management of consolidated financial statements, review the legal structure in coordination with compliance and taxation, and give suggestions from financial perspectives.
  • Familiar with financial internal control processes, with experience in system construction and optimization.
  • Familiar with the regulatory reporting requirements of licensed entities in the payment industry, and carry out financial-related regulatory reporting work in accordance with regulatory requirements and ensure data quality.


  • Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, business administration and other related majors.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within payments, banking and consumer finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting standards, CICPA or ACCA, AICPA, HKCPA certificate is preferred.
  • Proficiency in system docking is preferred.

3. Search Operations Group Lead, Indonesia


  • Leading overall AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) Search Operations team for Indonesia and overseas market (Philippines), responsible for overall project delivery & execution for all key pillars which includes Recommendation & Traffic, Model Data, Evaluation & Investigation, and E-Commerce.
  • Responsible to drive policy, process & strategy localization, continuously drive in house & BPO quality management, providing data analysis & insights along with policy recommendations to ensure productivity, quality & efficiency goals can be met.
  • Lead and manage resources in the team to accomplish operations and business goals by completing tasks as needed and maintaining the well-being of the team.
  • Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as central team, product, research & development teams to drive overall business/project performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of professional experience as people manager or team management.
  • Fluency in English. English will be utilized as the primary language for work in both markets.
  • Knowledge of common data management/office software.
  • Experience in designing and implementing strategic initiatives in the team, including post-implementation monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional work experience in companies related to search engines, social media platforms, e-commerce, or other local apps.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Curation of music to support user’s consumption and experience via editorial/algorithmic content units.
  • Maintain and upkeep inventory of international and Indonesian playlists/radios/ and recommendation scenes.
  • Monitor music trends and analyze market and in-app data to inform programming decisions.
  • Identify and substantiate music categories to enable the right music consumption for the right users with machine-human combined programming.
  • Work with the global and cross-functional teams to progress towards overall various content objectives.
  • Implement external content amplification strategy to drive organic exposure and growth across social platforms.
  • Work closely with social and marketing teams to align music programming with promotional strategies.

  • Drive deals to closure, retain and grow revenue through media agencies.
  • Establish and manage agency relationships with brands or agencies.
  • Retain and grow revenue from advertisers.
  • Collaborate with agency influencers as a thought leader to inspire and drive product adoption across the agency as a whole and strategically on key accounts.
  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of operating company (both traditional and digital media teams).
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, sales operations, legal, and engineering.
  • Facilitate client’s advertising campaigns from start to finish.
  • Plan and build compelling story lines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ business and problems.

Qualifications Minimum:

  • 5 years of successful experience including leading businesses or accounts within agencies or large advertisers.
