Multimedia Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our Content and Promotional Team. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail in order to deliver content that resonates with our target audience. The selected candidate will be instrumental in crafting compelling and visually captivating content to support our marketing and communication endeavors. Utilizing a diverse array of multimedia tools and techniques, this position play a pivotal role in ensuring that our content seamlessly aligns with our strategic promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and craft multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and animations, to enhance our marketing and communication initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing purposes.
- Ensure multimedia content meets company standards for quality and brand consistency.
- Demonstrate strong self-management skills to ensure multimedia projects are completed within tight deadlines.
- Maintain proper storage, backup, archival procedures, including non-disclosure measures, for all multimedia asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Familiarity with video production techniques and proficiency in operating DSLR cameras.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and dedication to producing top-notch work.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
- Must be able to work full-time at Sudirman, South Jakarta.
Business Development (Sales Marketing)
Position Overview
Business Development (BD) will work as a team to collaborate closely including but not limited to brands, promoters, and media as our client, as well as being able to be a mediator between local clients and SM Entertainment headquarters in South Korea. Other than that, BD is required to have wide understanding and knowledge on how the Korean entertainment industry works. Ideally, BD regularly visits potential clients to see potential collaborations to be done, and have a good understanding of the market, customer, and competitors.
Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer behavior, market insight, field situation, and market trends in Indonesia
- Create regular monitoring reports of conducted collaborations
- Build and maintain a close relationship with clients
- Provide advice to clients based on valid data analytics results
- Effectively communicate the progress and ability to synthesize feedback as well as adjust plans accordingly and ensure goals are achieved
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with at least 3 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in B2B industry
- Having a broad connection/existing relationship and being able to bridge, develop and maintain a good relationship with key partners
- Strong business sense and have good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors
- Fact-based / number-oriented individual, who is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Having a wide knowledge and understanding of the Korean entertainment industry; experience in the Korean entertainment industry would be an added advantage
- Good structured, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills – able to breakdown problem statements into sub-tasks and actionable items and good presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in Indonesian, English; able to communicate in Korean will be an added advantage to communicate with our internal and external stakeholder

Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
Our Content and Promotional Team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and strategic promotional campaigns that resonate with our audience. We also prioritize fostering strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local media to enhance our reach and impact. Excellent communication skills, combines with a deep understanding of the Korean Entertainment Industry, are essential qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential influencers and content creators who resonate with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Establish and nurture connections with media outlets to enhance brand visibility and coverage.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and industry news to seize opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with company objectives and audience preferences.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce visually compelling and impactful marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and multimedia content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with media professionals and KOLs.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Korean Entertainment industry.
- Possess strong self-management skills: able to organize own time efficiently, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
