Commercial Strategy and Growth Manager
Job Description
- Build an in-depth understanding of Department business strategy and long-term vision; and its implication in Traveloka’s business models
- Manage and cascade the department’s business strategy & work planning. Develop, assess and align the team’s multiple business development strategic roadmaps with direct commercial contributions.
- Lead the execution of strategic business and oversee business performance and profitability of multiple project initiatives
- Lead revenue and growth initiatives, e.g. pricing optimization, partnership schemes, marketing improvements, product growth, and collaborate with the respective teams
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Market & Partnership Managers, etc. to identify levers for achieving business performance targets
- Partner with Product/Market & Partnership/Commercial Managers in developing or revamping business/operating/commercial models for external partners (e.g., commission and incentives) to improve our revenue lever
- Provide support in discussions and negotiations with internal partners from other divisions and external partners to review arrangements and commercial contracts

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at top tier management consulting, multinational tech, investment banking or advisory services

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business fields from top local or overseas universities, MBA is a plus
- Financially sound, with proven ability to develop financial complex models and projection with sensitivity analysis

Product Analyst – Product Operations
Job Description
- Provide technical operations support for internal and external stakeholders of Traveloka Accommodation products and systems and manage the coordination independently
- Work closely with the product development team, as well as other internal and external teams to provide timely manner and quality support.
- As a technical subject matter expert during the integration process with our partner as well as develop/improve current SOP & business processes
- Receive, analyze, gather more information, prioritize, document, and actively resolve or escalate requests/issues until their resolution with minimum supervision
- Maintain an up-to-date operation process and instructions as well as a product knowledge base for stakeholders
- Able to identify pain point, produce insights and propose tangible, detailed improvement for the products managed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

Senior Account Payable Analyst
Job Description
- Receive, verify vendor invoices and supporting documents and validate AP journal entries posted on the Oracle accounting system
- Check accuracy and completeness against of data entered in the system
- Facilitate timely payment to vendors for invoices and bills which are due for payment
- Monitor all payments made, update payment status on the system and maintain proper records for future referencing in case of disputes and audit
- Interface with users/payment requestors. Respond to payment queries and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors
- Perform AP month-end reconciliation tasks, ensuring invoice postings and payments are reconciled with the GL
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling balances between vendor statements against our records8.Monitor recurring expenses, follow up and review of Goods Receipt (GR) and other information to be used for accrual during month-end closing
- Perform AP month-end closing tasks such as cost accrual including Accrual Listing, payment clearing, preparation of AP Reporting package

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

Oracle Functional Analyst
Job Description
The Oracle Functional Analyst responsible for assisting and providing day-to- day Oracle Functional supports with quality solution to Finance and Accounting users. The position should ensure successful delivery of Oracle Finance Process deliverables to the internal users on Oracle engagements, including issues management and resolution, change request design, implementation, hands-on configuration, testing, setup and/or upgrade of existing applications. He/she will also be involved in constant improvement and enhancement of the Oracle EBS system
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- Experience: Min 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance supporting or/and implementation environment.
- Possess at least 3 Oracle EBS R12 full life cycles with hands-on configuration experience in multiple Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, SLA, EBTax. noted: experienced in Distribution modules (OM, PO, INV) and ERP Financials cloud service (fusion) implementation are advantages
- Strong knowledge and hands-on SQL with complex query
- Knowledge in Oracle D2K, EBS DBMS structure, PL/SQL, API, personalization concepts, workflows. noted: knowledge in AWS concepts is advantage

Security Operation Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage Traveloka Security Operations team to run the SOC and work with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the relationship with external party such as Managed Security Service Provider, security partner, and vendor.
- Manage the Security Operations projects and programs.
- Provide expertise to help improve security domains (identify, detect, prevent, respond, and recover) of the organization.
- Maintain security tools and processes for protection, monitoring, and remediation including SIEM, AV, EDR, IDS, IPS, EMail Security, and DLP.
- Investigate security events and incidents; collect evidence and work across teams to isolate and/or remediate as necessary, document best practices found as a baseline for further improvements to avoid similar issues.
- Act as the main advisor and subject matter expert for cloud security, corporate infrastructure security, and business operations security.
Requirements
- Extensive exposure and experience in Security Operations and cybersecurity industry.
- Previous experience leading and managing a team of defensive security experts with proven track records of defending the organization against modern cyber threats.
