Quality Control Staff (Gresik, East Java)

Job Descriptions:

  • Monitoring incoming RM / PM inspections and ensuring they meet established standards (supported by incoming employees)
  • Supervise the mixing process and provide premix status before transferring it to storage for further processing (supported by Semifinish Employees)
  • Supervise the filling and packing process and provide a good finish release status (supported by employees)
  • Control and check the completeness of Job Mixing
  • Issuing an NCR if there are incoming, mixed results or products that do not meet the specified specifications and carrying out problem solving on the root cause of the problem
  • Control and calibrate all lab equipment used and be responsible for the calibration results
  • Carry out the ordering process and control stock of reagents in all laboratories at the Gresik Plant
  • Responsible for the availability of incoming standards and products and ensuring they are always up to date
  • Conduct daily and monthly reports for all quality inspection activities carried out at the Gresik Plant to the QC Manager

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) – Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, with Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Experience working as a Lab Analyst or Quality Control in the FMCG Industry, especially Personal Care and Cosmetics
  • Have knowledge of CPKB and PKRT

Production Staff (Cakung, East Jakarta)


  • Have responsibility for implementing production processes and product quality procedures in accordance with standard work instructions and work safety instructions so as to support the achievement of production targets based on predetermined efficiency, quality and quantity targets and comply with company regulations.
  • Carry out production plans and placement of work personnel to meet PPIC production targets.
  • Carry out control and regulation of raw materials for the production process into finished materials with the provisions that have been targeted by the company.
  • Check employee discipline and performance every day.
  • Evaluate the production process running smoothly by paying attention to 4M 1L (People, Machines, Materials, Methods and Environment).
  • Ensure that the implementation of 5S, Autonomos MTC, Problem Solving, Performance Board, and Briefing, Continues Improvement activities run on each production line so that it can support the achievement of efficiency levels and machine performance in accordance with established standards.
  • Coordinating with QC, Maintenance and Engineering in carrying out repairs to production machines and equipment, identifying problems, providing suggestions for necessary repairs and prevention so that the same problems do not occur again.
  • Ensure that documentation (Attendance, Output Monitoring, Shift Reports, Production Orders, Job Mixing, Reports on production results and waste, System Improvement) must be completed in the production process and filled in and processed completely and correctly as well as entering transaction data related to production data.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the materials to be used in accordance with standards, as well as handling the remaining materials properly and carrying out stock taking every month.
  • Ensure that all production targets can be achieved effectively in accordance with quality standards, occupational health and safety (K3), GMP, PKRT, and ISO systems.
  • Carry out activities in accordance with the strategy set by the production supervisor.


  • Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) of Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Energy Conversion Mechanical Engineering or Production and Maintenance Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (High Voltage or Low Voltage) or Mechatronics, with minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Fresh Graduate or 1 year of work experience in FMCG production.
  • For Mechanical Engineering: Have skills in Drilling, Scraping, Sawing, Lathe, Milling, Grinding, Milling, CNC
  • For Electrical Engineering: Familiar with PLC, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, panels, high voltage electricity, Electrical circuits – various electrical components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors and inductors in an electrical circuit, electrical power engineering, control engineering, transformers, electric generators, electrical substations, large cables, etc.
  • Likes working in the field 100%, setting up machines, and understand about industrial system.

Job Description:

  • Fulfilling the need for manpower in accordance with the manpower requirement plan
  • Carry out the CV selection process, interviews, tests and employee recruitment processes
  • Maximizing the candidate database through various methods such as Job fairs, Campus hiring, Media Job postings, external collaboration and others
  • Carry out administrative processes related to recruitment (recruitment reports, candidate data, administration and documentation of documents related to recruitment)
  • Support improvement and system in Recruitment


  • Bachelor Degree (S1) – Psychology from a Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00

PPIC Staff (Gresik, East Java)

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for making production planning needed for Buffer Stock and shipping needs
  • Create Sales Orders received from related customers as direct order requirements to WH as Delivery Order
  • Responsible for the availability of calculations for material needs from planning gradually with a span of up to 3 months according to existing sales forecasting information
  • Recap and coordinate first production for the need for release approval for the start of a new product (if any) with production parties and related divisions
  • Responsible for coordinating well with divisions related to PPIC or Quality Control or Production or Purchasing, for smooth operational processes according to ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018
  • Reviewing and scoring the results of achieving planning from the production side


  • Minimal Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
