Sales Executive (Yogyakarta)

Job Description:

  • Identifying potential clients and building relationships with them.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams within the company.
  • Managing and organizing client accounts to understand their needs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
  • Negotiating agreements and maintaining records of sales and data.
  • Handling budgets and client invoices.
  • Suggesting innovative strategies to increase sales and enhance client experience.
  • Providing professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Collecting payment for goods and services.


  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar industry.

Data Scientist

Job Description:

  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to gain insights into user interactions with ad products.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify trends, solve problems, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Support and execute product decisions based on data insights.
  • Work with large, complex data sets, conducting non-routine analysis using advanced analytical methods.
  • Develop and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of data structures and metrics, advocating for changes as needed for product development.
  • Conduct research to enhance the value proposition for shrimp farmers through data.


  • 1-3 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (advanced degrees preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in collecting and processing data using SQL, R/Python, or other scripting and statistical tools.
  • Experience in data analytics and familiarity with AWS technology (experience with machine learning frameworks is a plus).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regression) and familiarity with statistical tools (Matlab, R, SAS, or Python).

Intern Creative (Social Media)

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the social media team to plan and produce video content tailored for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Handle the video production process from start to finish, including planning, shooting, and editing.
  • Coordinate logistics for collaborative video shoots with the creative team.
  • Capture high-quality video footage using cameras and/or appropriate equipment, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Edit video content to enhance visual appeal, narrative, and engagement, using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the quality and overall impact of videos.
  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in video production and social media to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.


  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant field of study.
  • Enthusiasm for video production and social media, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their content formats.
  • Proficiency in video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and editing.

Job Description:

  • Managing and compiling financial reports, notes/invoices, and accounts.
  • Performing billing and collection processes (e.g., rent, taxes, income).
  • Recording financial transactions in the general ledger.
  • Maintaining and updating accounting records and files.
  • Analyzing the budget to prevent waste and generating financial reports.
  • Analyzing transactions with stakeholders and shareholders.
  • Closing the books at the end of the month and year.
  • Preparing documents required for financial statement audits.
  • Reporting to the accounting manager on completed tasks.
  • Handling accounting processes for the JALA Product business unit.


  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience as a financial auditor from a big four (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) or big ten (RSM, BDO, GT, Crowe) firm is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the commercial and retail industry.
  • Familiarity with cost accounting is advantageous.

Media & Community Relations

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to promote the company’s vision, products, and initiatives in sustainable aquaculture.
  • Craft engaging press releases, media kits, and newsletters, and manage the company’s public relations activities.
  • Organize and coordinate community outreach programs, including educational workshops, site visits, and participation in local events to foster community engagement and awareness.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to guide strategic communication and public relations efforts.
  • Act as the company spokesperson, handling media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, community groups, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, creating content that reflects the company’s commitment to sustainability and community involvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of media and community relations campaigns and initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
