Corporate Export Specialist
Job Description
- Handling Export Letter of credit
- Mitigation of export shipment process and export documentation
- Prepare Financial and Shipment Documents
- Coordinate and do follow up with related departments regarding export process
- Make sure the documents have been complied with company regulation, banking practice, and international rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Finance/Accounting or any other related major
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as Export Staff is required for this position
- Adaptable to fast pace working environment and changes
- Good analytical thinking and good communication skills
- Highly interested with administrative tasks
- Fluent in English

Finance & Accounting Manager – Cikarang
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure good control in Finance and Accounting related activities
- Provide accurate and on time monthly report against budget and previous month
- Prepare yearly budget, support external audit report, manage loan and cash flow
- Coordinate with other department and ensure accounting has properly support based on the function

Job Requirements:

Job Description:
- Lead team design to produce, and manage communication material, especially packaging product of consumer goods
- Hand in hand with Brand team to develop brand guideline and translate into design of products, key visual, as well as marketing collateral
- Content Production; Shoot and edit photos, video, and graphics for website and social media content (Linkedin, Facebook, instagram, Tiktok, twitter, etc.) or other corporate communication platform (print, digital, event, etc.)
- Collaborating with other Team or Division in the company to build communication material.
